“old school Great service with a new school twist”
my experience was awesome. Sometimes when you watch old movies, you get a feeling of what really good service used to look like, and you wish for those times. I’m happy to say those times are still alive and well at the Andaz.

“Hotel Andaz”
We got very wonderful warm welcome from the staff. Especially from Sasha and greeted us with lovely smile. All the staff were wonderful. Even during the breakfast or dinner. Food was good too. Room was nice big and spacious with luxurious bathroom.

“Not worth the price but excellent service”
It would be ok if the e rooms were less money but for the price we paid, it was not worth it. I stay in Manhattan very often and try different hotels. This one lacked in comfort.
