Room was sufficient for a one night stay for the 3 of us however, its was a very tight fit! Room was really small with barely enough room to sit down to put my shoes on. I’m sure there were probably bigger options. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were great and the floor we were on was quiet. Continental breakfast was hard to access because the hotel was too big for the small space that it was set up. Definitely not enough seats to eat. Options outside the hotel are plentiful so skip the continental breakfast and go get a NYC bagel! We would stay again but perhaps get a larger room next time

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of 4 myself, husband, son (21) son (17) Booked 2 rooms 1x Kingsize and the other a double twin, both were well decorated and modern with everything needed, the rooms were not huge but had everything to hand including hairdryers and hangers, very comfortable beds with good quality bedlinen and good pillows, huge tv on wall st foot of bed with a variety of channels, coffee machine and pods in room and complimentary water that can be collected from Reception, there were disposable cups for coffee and water and an ice bucket- ice machine down the hall, bathroom was well equipped , modern with complimentary “dove” toiletries that were replenished daily body lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner, excellent shower with plentiful hot water, good amount of towels. There is a gym in the basement but we didn’t use it. Check in was easy and rooms were allocated quickly- I had previously emailed and asked for rooms on the same floor close together , we were on the same floor but at opposite ends of the corridor, not an issue for us with adult children but if they were young teens the allocation wouldn’t have worked as well. Upon check in $150 per room was held against a credit card, this was refunded on check out. Reception staff were always friendly and happy to advise on subway stations, give directions etc. Breakfast is served just in front of reception every morning from around 06:30-10:00 for the small size of the area and for being advertised as a cold selection, I wasn’t expecting too much a basic “continental” however I was so surprised there is a fabulous selection. Coffee and tea selection with various flavour syrups, a fridge with milk, chocolate milk and yoghurts, cereal station with around 6 variety’s, a small hot selection which varied daily always comprising- eggs, sausage or pattys, chipped potatoes, waffles, churros, mushrooms/ tomatoes and a fabulous white sauce with scones a couple of the days, there was a muffin and pastry station, various breads and bagels for toasting with a selection of jams and spreads and hot cinnamon buns everyday. The plates, cups & cutlery were disposable which wasn’t an issue and you are expected to clear your table when finished, lots didn’t! There is a lovely lady constantly replenishing and wiping tables down, I did see some reviews about people walking in off the streets and helping themselves, this happened once in 5 days, a chap walked in who looked homeless as soon as he was through the door the chap on reception respectfully blocked him from the food area by standing talking to him and guided him back to the reception desk, he asked his room number and what he could help him with, he was then told the buffet was for residents only, he left quietly after apologising and saying he didn’t realise it was residents only this was all done very discreetly and without making the man feel u comfortable or embarrassed had I not been sat at reception it would likely have passed me by. There is a terraced area to the front of the hotel with lights and decoration that would be lovely in the warmer months to sit with a coffee and watch the world pass by, it was February and freezing so we didn’t utilise this area but a nice outside space.
