“Affordable hotel in NYC”
We had a great experience at the Frederick. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was very helpful. FuQuan was our absolute favorite! He went out of his way to help us with directions and recommendations for nearby coffee places.

“Love the Frederick!”
The hotel is gorgeous! I felt very “taken care of” by the staff. The women at the front desk were friendly and very helpful to us as out-of-towners! Dinner at the Sarafina was a delicious treat. Small perk - be sure to try the body lotion in the bathroom!

Lovely staff. We had a great experience. Wonderful location and amenities. Great breakfast, and all around a nice time for my children and me. We also really appreciated the kindness and extra effort of the team member FuQuan! He deserves a special mention! We will be back!

“Excellent location and rooms. Service needs improvement.”
Excellent location with well appointed rooms. Staff in general is nice too. Unfortunately, the staff in the restaurant that provides the breakfast are downright rude and nasty - will make you feel particularly unwelcome. Sad, because it ruins an otherwise nice experience.
