“5 star customer service”
Let's just start with the Aloft staff in Buffalo are phenomenal! From start to finish, they were so helpful and kind, we will absolutely be staying in the future. The parking availability while traveling with airport shuttle is a no brainer. Excellent job all!

“Excellent airport hotel. Comfy beds and lots of space”
Very confortable beds, lots of surface space and a spacious, modern room. Good amount of plugs and 5-10 mins in the airport bus to the terminal. Excellent option for the airport.

“Solid stay, close to the airport”
Stayed for a night, when seeing a show downtown. Easy to access. Free parking. Reasonable rates. Check in staff was incredibly friendly. Quiet rooms with black out blinds. Great room lay out, wider than narrower.

“Had a great time here”
We stayed here as we are from Canada and had an early morning flight booked with Jet Blue. Our flight was fully cancelled in the middle of the night, so we couldn’t go on our trip.
