“We’ll be back!”
This was our second time to Arlo Soho. We had a great stay and the staff was warm and friendly! Joel helped us with our bags and took the extra step of waiting with me and my mother in law until our car came to help with our bags. We had a lovely chat, too!

“Love the Arlo Soho!”
All the staff amazing. Shout out to Joel, so helpful and kind. And to everyone at reception but we didn’t catch their names but all so kind and helpful. Hotel has a great vibe and location. We’ll definitely return.
