“Courteous, Clean and Comfortable”
Hotel was clean, my room was clean inviting and comfortable. I arrived at 1AM and was fortunate to find parking. “Excellent Stay”
I apologize for sounding like a shill. 😄 I seriously love this place. Clean, friendly, well staffed, free parking, Solid breakfast. Adequate room, and all wonderful for the price. I asked for a quiet room and got one on the second floor away from the street.

“Good choice if you want to be near Coney Island”
Nice clean room, friendly and helpful staff, typical hotel breakfast. Located in a neighborhood of auto body repair shops and other industrial businesses. Great place to stay for the annual Coney Island Mermaid Parade, $9 uber to the park.

“Disappointed in my stay”
The hotel was nice looking and clean. I was disappointed in the noise that occurred in the hallway. I was on the 3rd floor and heard talking and door slamming in the middle of the night.
