“Booking cancellation issue that was handled very well”
I actually haven’t stayed here yet. But I’m writing a positive review because there was a mixup / some error in my reservation. And instead of making mentors, Ralph and the team took care of it for me. Resolved it like a pro.

“Hotels are already expensive in Manhattan. So, you should pick one worth it.”
A pretty decent place in downtown. My room at corner was very spacious and had a nice city view. Plus, 10min or so of walkable distance from Wall st. and the ferries to Staten Island and Liberty Island. If your trip involves a ferry or Brookyln tour, you might wanna pick this spot.

“Friends Trip to NYC”
Great location with a cool rooftop bar. The staff were friendly and very helpful, sending a package that I lost back to me.

“Perfect for downtown stays”
While not the top tier of Marriott’s line up, this Four Points has nice rooms of decent size, clean bathrooms, and good service. If you are one or two people looking to be in the financial district or lower Manhattan, it’s a good option.

“Good location and price but tiny rooms”
Stayed here for five nights and the hotel was very reasonably priced even over Easter weekend. It is also super close to Piers 15 and 17 which offer the best views of Brooklyn Bridge as well as the 9/11 memorial site and the ferry to the Statue of Liberty.
