“Fantastic customer service”
Stayed at Hampton Inn Downtown Brooklyn for 2 nights during my last business trip. Hotel is well located and a nice and easy option for a mid budget hotel. “Great stay”
The staff here were incredibly nice. We got stranded here during the blizzard and what a comfortably and kind place to be. The room was nice, the staff were always in a good mood, and the hotel gym was better than most. Great stay and would easily recommend!

“All was good”
Room was clean and quiet. Hotel restaurant food was good. Parking next door. Breakfast options included in stay. The front staff was fabulous- all very helpful and kind.

“Great location & Friendly staff!”
Fletcher and the rest of the staff at Hampton Brooklyn were amazing. The hotel was great and so conveniently located and reasonably priced! We would definitely stay there again!

“Well located”
Well located hotel with helpful staff. Alicia is confident and competent at front of office. A few communication issues need to be attended to re pre-booking. Nevertheless a pleasant stay in a hotel with excellent facilities and breakfast options.
