“Second Home”
Great location, good mattress, nice towels, fluffy robes (sometimes, not every time), friendly staff, decent elevators. After staying in tiny, noisy rooms elsewhere in NYC, this place is a welcome treat. Happy to be a Hilton Club member.

“A good property in the heart of NY”
Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. Whilst the rooms are a bit small and the bathrooms seem a bit dated, the beds are super comfortable.
