We stayed on the 19th floor, which was quite quiet, allowing the whole family to sleep well. Although the view from my window wasn't great, I didn't come to Manhattan to spend all my time in the hotel room. The gym was impressive—clean and at a comfortable temperature. Generally, hotel gyms can be freezing due to the AC during winter, but this one was just right. The room was small, as expected for Manhattan, but spacious enough for our needs. The hotel did not offer a complimentary breakfast, so I decided to eat outside, which wasn't a big deal. The only downside was when I went to take a shower and placed my belongings on the toilet tank. Unfortunately, my watch fell between the wall and the toilet seat. This toilet had a large gap underneath, making it impossible for me to retrieve my watch. As I was checking out, I informed the hotel about the incident, and they removed the toilet to retrieve my watch. They kindly sent it to my house in another state, but the FedEx charge was $65, which I thought was quite high for a running watch. Maybe the hotel could consider closing the large gap behind the toilet seat, as I’m sure my watch isn’t the first to fall there.

This hotel was located in a very convenient Midtown area. Check-in was easy, we didn't arrive until almost midnight due to our long day of travel. This hotel was located in a very convenient Midtown area. Check-in was easy, we didn't arrive until almost midnight due to our long day of travel. Front door to the hotel after 11pm you need to use your room key to access the lobby which was a great layer of security. Never had to wait too long for the elevator, but street noise from Park ave which is the main street you could hear non stop sirens at night..it was loud in our room we stayed on the 11th floor facing the 45 E 33rd street front of the building. my sister stayed on the 25th floor no street noise. rooms are small I wouldn't recommend more than 2 people. Great coffee place across the street. subway access is steps away trains going to uptown and lower downtown. It was very close to LaGuardia airport 17 minutes.. JFK it was a 30 minute drive. Yes I would stay here again, just request upper floor. Only reason why I didn't give it a 5 ⭐ because of the noise.

Room was clean and and tiny, but well designed. Comfy bed. Appreciated refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (although we didn't use them.) $400+ per night off-season price was high (even by New York standards.) We were disappointed with our prepaid breakfast. Inedible food served in a yucky, smelly barroom. After our first morning, we ate at nearby diner despite having prepaid for breakfast at the Hilton.
