“Have appropriate expectations.”
Perfect location. Very friendly staff. The rooms are the typical small NYC hotel rooms. The bathroom is compact but gets the job done. As an IHG Platinum elite member I appreciated the 2pm late check out.

“Convenient but not particularly special”
Our arrival wasn't great, as the outside is very unprepossessing at the moment, and the inside lobby not much better. “Well placed, friendly staff”
Currently looks like outdoor building work be carried out. Reception staff are excellent and friendly (as is everyone on in NYC). Rooms are small, bathroom a tight squeeze. Suggest booking a room with 2 beds as they are corner rooms and offer more space. Business centric, change around every day … more
