Lina at the front desk was really sweet and attentive to what we needed in our room during our stay, she gave us impeccable front desk experience. Will recommend this hotel

Today we had some difficulties because our flight was cancelled and we needed to leave New York. A lady working at front desk called Lina helped us a ton. Hotel Was adequate. I stayed two nights on July 24 & 25. The night of July 24 the thermostat in the room was unresponsive making for a very uncomfortably hot night. The next night the engineer on duty helped to reset the thermostat and it was better the second night. He said a manager would be c… more
