“Great Upper West Side hotel”
Outstanding location on the upper west side. Near restaurants, museums, etc. I felt safe walking alone after dinner. Hotel staff is welcoming and helpful. Allure area for sipping coffee or cocktails is a nice bonus.

“A second home”
Couldn't have booked a better stay for our first visit to New York. The staff was super friendly and nice. The hotel was clean, spacious, and felt like home. My experience was amazing. Shanies and Naomi were very helpful and friendly, from recommending nice places to eat, to helping us check in quickly, and to being attentive of it being my birthday, I couldn’t be happier.
