“Huge room, great staff, fair price”
Great hotel. Close to everything yet still quiet. Big room with a fair rate for two queen beds—needed for our family. Ricardo at the front desk was welcoming and went above and beyond. Nice luxury touches make it feel like a vacation not just a room in New York.

We just had a great stay here! The hotel was great all around--location can't be beat, nice lobby, friendly staff, comfy beds, and quite a large room for NYC standards!! No water in the rooms - you have to pay extra for this. A bit rude considering the price of the room. The restaurant you have to book ahead, even if you are a guest of the hotel, they won't fit you in as open to the public so you won't be able to eat there.
