Hyatt Centric Midtown exceeded my expectations! “NYC Midtown great place to stay!”
This location is very close to the New York library an walkable to Rockefeller Center. Though a little farther away, we walked to Times Square from here as well. “Better than expected for a work trip!”
Ideal location with a cute lobby and restaurant and roof top with beautiful views. It exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient when I requested a room change and I'm so grateful they were able to accommodate me. I would absolutely stay here again!

“Waiting to check in ruined the experience”
It is good value for Midtown but over 10 people couldn't check in at 4:00 and had to wait an hour. Housekeeping was a problem this time and last time.
