“Great stay”
Great stay. Hotel is conveniently located and staff is super friendly. Love the coffee shop / food downstairs. They accommodated our early arrival by storing our bags. Second time staying here, loved it just as much this time around.

Great hotel, nicely situated less than a block from Times Square! Hotel is in good condition, room is nicely appointed. “Dated but functional hotel”
Dated hotel but clean, functional, comfy beds, good location i.e. next to Times Square although not a very nice street. But very safe, staff we, on the whole, exceptional.

“Spring break with family”
The. Customer service is top notch and the location is very close to all of the attractions . However the pillows are soft that I woke up with sore neck and the bed is hard for me . Maybe it just happened to one of the room .
