“Could not have asked for a better stay!”
This trip exceeded our expectations. The city view was amazing (especially at night). The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful for anything we needed. “Hyatt Place Chelsea”
The location between Chelsea and Gramercy just a few blocks from Madison Square Park was perfect for my purposes. I walked all the way up to Times Square and down to SoHo without a problem. There is plenty of access to a variety of transportation, too. All in all a great stay!

“Small convenient Midtown hotel”
Very convenient walking distance from Penn Station. Easy access to most Westside subways. Close to Chelsea market. Well appointed though tiny room. Lack of body lotion inexplicable.

“Far from perfect”
Nice location, nice views, but a lot of things broken in tiny overpriced room. Cramped corridors, slow elevators, overworked staff
