“Practical if your really on a hunt for cheap”
This was a good loc if you are hunting for a cheap hotel in New york. Acceptable, since we don't have a choice. Reception that checks as in seems strict, perhaps a little since, they specify every rule in their inn. E.g.. 2 person in the room, no smoking, check on check checl out time.etc.

“Better than what I was expecting”
The good thing about this motel is that if you want to party every thing is fairly close driving wise and 15 minutes walking. The subway station briarwood/vanwyck is no more than a 10 min walk.
