“Lotte was the perfect location”
The Lotte is a great location with a friendly and helpful staff. It’s an easy walk to Central Park, Times Square, Rockefeller Center and much more. The rooms were large with a great view. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

“Another stay at the Lotte New York Palace”
