“Highly recommend”
Wonderful stay! Staff were excellent. They were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Hotel is very clean and it's location is perfect. “Clean and accommodating”
This was my second stay at the Luma Hotel - Times Square, and my husband’s first. I always enjoy the great customer service, and professionalism of each staff person. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is always accommodating. The Luma Hotel will always be my home away from home.

Great staff & service! They were helpful and attentive whenever we interacted with them. I found the room and bathroom were modern, clean, and well kept and spacious for Times Square NYC. “Loved Luma!”
We loved our stay at Luma over President's Day week. Easy access to the subway, restaurants and of course, Times Square for the broadway shows. The food at the restaurant was good. Room was very comfortable and no noise which is always a major plus. Highly recommend!
