“Mid-week NYC getaway”

“Excellent hotel!”
An excellent hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Every interaction had a greeting and a smile. Everyone was helpful when needed and knowledgeable about the restaurants, attractions and transportation. Rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable. Overall a great stay and we will return.

“Very clean, very quiet and very comfortable hotel in Times Square”
My family of 4 had a great stay at Luma. The hotel was clean, quiet, and our two king beds were very comfortable (pillows too!) The location was fantastic - close to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Broadway. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
