“10/10 Experience. We loved every second of our stay!”
We had a wonderful experience! Daniel was extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and plenty of space to walk around inside the room. The location is also pristine, with the heart of time square being a 30 second walk away. We highly recommend staying… more

“Amazing customer service”
Being faced with a my reading glasses falling apart, Daniel the front of house customer service legend saw, understood and repaired with the skill of jeweler. He couldn’t be happier sorting my challenge. An absolute asset to the Millenium Hotel.
