“Spacious Room”
Amazing hotel with amazing staff. The room was perfect for New York. Spacious and a great restaurant onsite. I'd highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at the Omni and hope to return. The hotel is very conveniently located but on a quieter side street. “Good hotel but customer service training is required.”
Love the hotel but some of the staff are rude, especially the tall guy in the restaurant! Speak TO your customers, not AT them as we aren’t aware of the rules. Also, each room should have a fridge and each floor should have a shared microwave!
