“Wonderfull place”
We stayed with our friends at the Park Lane Hotel for just 2 nights and the staff looked after us wonderfully. Bellman Icka was outstanding all the time with his smiley face at the Lobby. “Top notch stay”
Location and park views top notch. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for my husband’s birthday. Room was spacious for NYC and quiet. We had a lovely stay..

“Wonderful View of Central Park”
The view from our room overlooking Central Park was magnificent. The room was large and comfortable. The room came with two pairs of slippers but only one robe. “Solid stay”
Overall good experience but air conditioning in the room was very loud and making noises during the night. Had to switch it off. Also friendly staff at breakfast but choice was rather limited and space not always available.
