Axel and Victor at the front desk are incredible. Give them a raise and promotion. The hotel is phenomenal. Incredible views and you will not beat the value. The people who complain in these reviews should stay at the ritz or mandarin if they prefer and pay $1200 a night. This Marriott prope… more

“Friendly, helpful staff”
From our 1st getting there the staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, welcoming. Room wasn’t ready but they stored our things and got an upgraded room on the top floor ready very quickly.

“Poor value”
$500 a night gets you no complimentary bottle of water, no lotion in the bathroom, no omelette or espresso at breakfast, just weak filtered coffee. Super noisy elevators which can be heard in all the rooms. Welcome to New York! Bed was comfy, though and room was clean.
