“Clean, friendly and super comfy”
Was clean, staff where friendly but the superstar of the place is the mattress. That was the best sleep I have had.

“Location is too convenient to pass up.”
Second time staying at this hotel. I appreciate the customer service the staff provide. Ideal location which is why I booked for a short trip. Price is high after taxes and fees. “Great hotel in a fab location”
We were a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews but honestly the hotel was great and in a really good location especially if it’s your first time in New York. We stayed 6 nights the room was clean and comfortable. There was only one morning we waited a while for a lift and we stayed at the bus… more
