“Great location”
We visited for 9 days to celebrate Christmas and our granddaughters birthday. The hotel has a great location for all the main attractions just 5 minutes from Madison Square Garden and about 10 from the Empire State Building. “Family fun with mediocre stay”
I was told at check out, room got hot at night because of auto heat even if you set the degrees. Internet went out during a meeting for a couple of hours.
