“Great”
understand the bad reviews—really, I don’t. I’m writing this review from inside my room, and I have to say, the staff are extremely friendly. The room is small but cozy and perfect for a couple. “Good, no frills budget guest house”
Stayed as family of 4 in a reasonably priced ground floor room. Note - bathrooms are shared (we were aware). Close to 110th st Metro Station (Central Park North) - fast & frequent trains to Times Square via #2/3 lines. Supermarkets and laundrette very close too. Clean, not too noisy and aircon work… more

“Comfortable stay”
Nice, comfortable place to stay in the city. Pleasant staff. Clean facilities. Comfortable bed and pillows. Safe street that is close to the subway station. Nicely decorated facilities. There will be some noise from the stairs but nothing to worry much about.
