“Very clean room.”
The room was amazing cleaned by Tenzin Kunchok. The location was great, the elevators were a nightmare but they had the service elevators open for guess and the works were very helpful. The check-in took too long, they o my had 3 people working.

“Friendly service from Olga made our family trip wonderful”

Not one complaint.. Easy check in, clean rooms, great location and Yordanos is just a delight in the breakfast room!!! 🙌🏼♥️🙌🏼

“House keeping staff”
Coming to NY for work, July 2026. The house keeping staff have been amazing, Nidia has been looking after my room and does an excellent job, cleaning and restocking the amount of towels I prefer and putting the room back to the way I want it.
