“Exceptional value, great staff, no frills but all the essentials.”
Friendly staff, super clean room, great amenities, perfect location. Love they have refillable water bottles, free laundry WITH free detergent, 24/7 free coffee machine. Will stay here next time in Manhattan. Great innovative concept hotel.

“Excellent”
Wonderful location & some lovely touches - water / coffee available 24/7 Clean & reasonably sized rooms for NYC We had a balcony room which had a wonderful view. Safe installed in wardrobe , good water supply to shower which again isn’t always the case in NYC
