“Wonderful boutique hotel in the BEST location.”
Great location and wonderful boutique hotel. I love the living room on floor 2 and the filtered water on each floor. The workout room is not great, but while in NYC, do you really need a full gym?

Its a nice boutique hotel..comfy beds centrally located. Coffee machine a washer a dryer if needed..they do have a gym but its personal too small and hot. But I'm not there for a gym..easy to get a round everything in walking distance.. This is not a big chain hotel don't expect a grand lobby its p… more

“Stay in NY 2026”
Location is the best, hotel areas clean and funtional, rooms are very well distributed and good space, noise was CERO, and we were in front of fan fest for WC2026, service nice, I fully recommend.

Really comfortable bed. Quiet hotel. Very clean. Awesome staff. Surprisingly great nights sleep. Even liked the pillows!

The Jewel is perfectly located. The staff is kind, professional and approachable. The room was extremely clean. The rooms are small and can be noisy, but that's to be expected in NYC. Overall, a perfect stay!
