“great location, fun maritime decor, helpful friendly staff”
Great location across street from Chelsea market, a block from high line and subways. The room is comfortable, with excellent bed. “Great property, try to avoid surly front desk worker”

“Great, except 2 deal breakers”
It was overall GREAT until 2 issues: (1) AC stopped working 2nd to last night so both of our last nights were miserable. We Had to call to get it fixed at 3am. Wtf does an engineer have to come to our room when they control it from somewhere else? Are you trying to save money? It was pure hell… more
