“Clean and great location”
Went to see a Broadway show and wanted to stay in a safe area. This hotel is PERFECT!.. great location, friendly staff and super clean.

“NYC fun!”
Quick 4 day trip to NYC & stayed here. I had a room on 2nd floor as I had read about elevators. I was surprised to discover there was a private patio attached! “Great Location, Tiny Rooms, and Absolute Breakfast Chaos”
Stayed at the TownePlace Suites Manhattan/Chelsea for a weekend getaway, and the main selling point is definitely the location. Well situated and close to Penn Station, the subway and shopping (Macy's), this hotel has smallish rooms that are comfortable with fairly basic ammenties. “An ok stay”
We stayed here for 4 nights and there was some great things about it and some bad. We stayed on the 5th floor and were in a corner room- we could not hear the elevators but right by a stairwell door which slam shut so loud- installing something to make it not slam would help a lot.
