This is the first time I stayed at the Truss hotel. I was immediately welcomed by Jessy and received the upmost service. She was very knowledgeable about the policies and the details of the hotel. I made a great choice booking with truss and Jessy sealed it with her hospitality and guidance ❤️

“First time visiting NYC”
The location is great. Times Square and Central Park are walking distance from the hotel. The atmosphere is fantastic. The rooms are kept very clean and this hotel provides daily housekeeping. “Overall great stay”
My daughter and I stayed here for one night to see a Broadway show. Overall great stay! Only issue was the loud bang that the AC made each time it turned off. Woke us up throughout the night.
