“Great Experience, Great Value”
The hotel was clean, the staff, was friendly, and the rooms were nice and spacious. I was suprised how spacious the room were considering it's New York. It's a good location as well. Great price for the value.

“NYC weekend with my daughter and granddaughter. ”
We were very impressed with the Tuscany. Large comfy rooms, nice lobby,and friendly helpful staff. We will be coming back to this hotel. It is close to everything. Easy walk to Bryant Park and Times Square. The train station is close enough to walk to. The price was right too We loved it.

The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet! Coffee station in the lobby is great as is the staff. I stayed there for an overnight for a gala I was attending. “Quiet midtown hotel.”
A comfortable hotel near Grand Central Station, but on quiet street. Comfortable large rooms. The $10 per day mini bar charge is an unnecessary annoyance. It forces you to take bar items you don't need or want to feel you are getting value.

“Good Room, but impossible to get hold of anyone”
The rooms are nice and the location is good. However, it is impossible to get hold of anyone. The phone is often not answered, people hardly ever respond to your emails, so, if you need to follow up on something or if something hasnt gone to plan its impossible to resolve.
