“10 year anniversary trip”
Sushma and Carla made our check in and experience fantastic!! It was my wife and my 10 year anniversary and they went out of their way! Exceptional service and the view was amazing.

“Amazing!”
I had an amazing one-week stay at Virgin Hotels New York. Room 2009 offered an incredible view of the Empire State Building, which made the experience even more special. The service was excellent, especially thanks to Abraham, who was very helpful throughout my stay.

“Needs improvements”
Well placed , amazing views from the top floors over nyc. Rooms are simple, not super spacious but well conceived, mattresses comfy .. nice minibar unfortunate that one has to ask for refill.. great fitness area .. probably the best gym in a hotel I’ve seen so far.. spa area a bit a joke .. opening… more
