“Stayed at the hotel during the recent ice storm in Ashevile”
I had some difficulty with a booking reservation and Dana, hotel manager, really went the extra mile on my behalf. Very welcoming staff, positive and friendly environment. They seem genuinely happy to see you and to help. Highly recommend!!
