“Asheville Weekend”

Really lovely hotel. The staff is fabulous; helpful, cheerful and very accommodating. Rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. Downtown is walkable from the hotel. I absolutely recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Asheville.

Last summer my wife and I stayed at this location and immediately knew we would be back. Our most recent stay was even better! We were excited about the upgrade to the king suite with the soaking tub. The room was exceptionally clean. The tub was an added luxury we didn’t realize we would enjoy so much. Breakfast was delicious. By far the best hotel stay we’ve ever had!

“Get the Suite with Balcony!”

We had an absolutely lovely stay here! Plenty of room for our two adult children and my husband and I. We stayed in a one bedroom, king room with balcony. Gorgeous views, clean, cozy, floor to ceiling windows with a fantastic electric fireplace. Filtered water on even floors made this a huge plus! Location is in walking distance to restaurants, local attractions, etc. Friendly staff and valet! Tips...make sure the mini fridge is working prior to putting food in (ours wasn't but they compensated us for it) and request the highest floor you can get, preferably on the opposite side of the highway...can be a bit noisy (we were on the 12th floor). Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at Hotel Indigo was genuinely enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and kindly, which set a positive tone for the entire trip. The room itself was beautifully designed. The hardwood floors gave everything a clean, modern feel, and the bathroom was a standout feature. Instead of the typical shower-tub combo you see in most hotels, we had a spacious marble shower with dual showerheads. It felt luxurious. I also appreciated that the toiletries weren’t the usual cheap, generic products. Their body wash and shampoo were surprisingly high-quality — so good that I had to stop myself from taking them home. One downside to the room was the lack of a microwave. If you bring leftovers back, you’ll need to ask the kitchen staff to reheat them for you. Another downside was the size of the trash cans. Room service is done between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., so depending on how often you go out, any food or drink items you bring back can fill the small trash cans very quickly. A larger trash can in the room or even a sizeable one in the hallway would make a big difference. The TV was a decent size with standard satellite channels. Thankfully, my partner and I brought our Fire Stick, which gave us more viewing options. Housekeeping worked a little differently than what I’m used to. It seems they have a strict policy about not touching personal items. One day our bed wasn’t made, but I realized it was because I had left a shirt on it. Even so, they still refreshed our towels, restocked toiletries, and took care of the essentials. The hotel is pet-friendly, and although dogs are allowed, we only heard the occasional bark — nothing disruptive, even during our six-day stay. The location was another big plus. We were able to walk to most restaurants and stores, and rideshare options like Uber and Lyft were always available. Parking is valet-only at $30 per night. I was skeptical at first, but it turned out to be extremely convenient. You simply request your car through the app, and they bring it around within minutes. Considering valet in some cities can run $50–$70 a night, the price felt reasonable. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. We received vouchers for up to $18 per person, and despite the wording, we never had to pay anything out of pocket. Everything was made fresh to order. Even on Christmas Day, when the kitchen was closed, the staff still provided complimentary fruit, muffins, and fresh coffee — a thoughtful touch that didn’t go unnoticed. Overall, Hotel Indigo offered a clean, stylish, and comfortable stay with great service and a fantastic location. We would definitely consider returning.
