“Awesome Staff”
This hotel is located in uptown Charlotte. It is walkable to numerous restaurants and attractions. The staff members will greet you with a welcoming smile. They didn't mind answering my questions. I'll definitely stay here again.

“Wonderful”

Overall great stay. Valet was superb I didn’t get the guy name at check in but very friendly great customer service. “Nice hotel, but needs some changes”
Our stay at the Hyatt was very nice. The staff were all polite and eagered to provide assistance when needed.
