“Great spot in the heart of charlotte”
Rooms clean. Beds great. Showers wonderful. Restaurant staff and valet amazing. Dre and Austin were exceptional and made for a great stay .

“Great Experience from Beginning to End”
Came for the ACC Tournament. A perfect location to walk to the games and be far enough away from the crowds overnight. All staff were very friendly and accommodating from the reservation process through checkout. Room was spacious and clean. Angeline’s Dinner was delicious and service was great.… more

“Front desk disappointment - Valet and View Great”
Overall we had a great time at the Kimpton because of the above and beyond service from Valet - Mar and Destiny. The view was amazing! I was disappointed in the front desk staff - they added an $100 charge and almost didn’t let my friend back up to the room when she clearly came down in her pajamas… more
