Great experience for our family. As soon as we walked in the door, Danny was there to assist us with checking in at the kiosk and getting all of our passes and accommodations lined up. He was welcoming and very knowledgeable and definitely a great first experience here at the lodge. Later in our stay we had some issues with our order at Dunkin but Derrick was quick to resolve the issue in a courteous and respectful manner. He definitely represented the company with the highest degree of professionalism. Although this review mentions two people, everyone there always had a smile and were eager to make our stay the best experience possible. Thank you, Great Wolfe Lodge.

“Perfect for everyone”

We had a wonderful trip to the Great Wolf Lodge. We were able to enjoy the water park, children’s story time, and family dance party. We also enjoyed build a bear and lots of sweet treats. My 11 year old had a blast and the adults did too!

It was a great vibe in there love the indoors more only because it’s cooler and has fun stuff for my autistic son to enjoy since he’s very timid with things. Worth the price for day passes plus the food you can purchase is pretty good as well as the alcoholic drinks they have. A 10 out of 10 experience for me next till I’ll be back to stay overnight and enjoy the rooms and everything else it has to offer.

My family and I had an enjoyable stay at Great Wolf Lodge overall. The water park and attractions kept everyone entertained, and one of the biggest positives was the text concierge service (“Willow”). Every time I reached out—whether I needed extra towels and pillows, wanted to report a maintenance issue, or even alert staff to a potential safety concern—I received a prompt, courteous response. It was convenient not having to call or visit the front desk. That said, there are several areas where I think Great Wolf Lodge could improve. First, there seemed to be a lack of proactive maintenance. During our stay, the hand sanitizer dispenser at the main elevator near the water park was empty, and there was a leak coming from the ceiling in the arcade near the same elevator. These are issues that routine inspections should catch before guests have to report them. We also purchased a birthday cake, and unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The cake was stale, dried out, and the icing was literally falling off. It was clearly not fresh. When I reported it, I was told I could return it to the ice cream parlor for a replacement. By that point, I had already thrown it away because it was inedible. I wasn’t looking for compensation—I simply wanted to let them know so another family celebrating a special occasion wouldn’t have the same experience. I would have appreciated more concern about the quality issue rather than just being told to exchange it. Another opportunity for improvement is with mobile food orders. I accidentally left part of my Dunkin’ order behind, and there wasn’t an easy way to retrieve an itemized receipt or verify what was ordered through the app. A more accessible digital receipt or order history would make situations like this much easier to resolve. One thing I truly appreciated was how seriously the staff appeared to take guest safety. When I reported what looked like a domestic dispute involving a pregnant woman and a crying child outside our room, the concierge immediately responded that security was being dispatched. That quick response was reassuring. Overall, the customer service team was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. My suggestions for improvement would be: * Perform more frequent facility inspections to address maintenance issues before guests notice them. * Improve quality control for food items, especially specialty purchases like birthday cakes. * Empower staff to respond more empathetically when guests report quality concerns, even if they are no longer seeking a replacement. * Make digital receipts and mobile order histories easier for guests to access. * Continue providing the excellent concierge text service and quick responses to guest requests and safety concerns. Despite these issues, we still had a memorable family vacation. With stronger attention to maintenance, food quality, and proactive guest service, Great Wolf Lodge could provide an even better experience. I would consider returning and hope to see these improvements in the future.
