“Elevators out of service the whole trip”
For this to be a Hilton property this is not what I expect of Hilton quality. How are the elevators out of commission the entire stay? “Make sure the Elevators work before you book!”
I arrived after traveling all day only to be walking 80 steps up to the fourth floor to my room with luggage to repeat with 2 trips up and down because the Elevators did Not work! “Definitely the bottom tier of the Hilton brand”
