“Great and memorable visit to New Bern”
Melissa made my visit special, she gave me information about the surrounding area and tips about eating and shopping. She was so pleasant and helpful and really made me feel welcome.

“Excellent customer service”
It all started with a defective smoke detector, that would randommy chirp. The manager Cassandra took it upon herself to help me and make it right. “GREAT HOTEL in NEW BERN, NC”
Great hotel !! Super clean rooms and very quiet. Anthony (front desk) was very professional and helpful. As a diamond member I really appreciate Hampton Inn when the location is this fantastic.
