“Great employees”
Daryl was a great guy who made our night! Laurie was very nice and gave us some goodies to go! And Beth heard us mention we were missing breakfast and gave us a few muffins to go for our long drive. Great stay overall and quiet and comfy!

“Quiet Hotel”
Motel even though our room was inside. Can’t get to breakfast room other then going outside. Staff was very good and friendly especially after told them our pillows had no pillow cases on them and room had no small plastic drinking glasses. Restaurants nearby.

“A Place that is Convenient, Comfortable with a Great Staff”
Clean, large room, good shower, updated, comfortable bed, friendly and engaging staff, Room 204 quiet. Would definitely stay again. Only negative (hence 4 rating), if you want to eat at something other than Waffle House you will need to drive to the next north exit. Breakfast was the usual BW faire… more

“Average stay at BW”
The Best Western Statesville is about average. Didn’t find the staff overly pleasant or helpful. The room should have been cleaner with mold in the bathroom and bedroom floor dirty with gaps in the tile.

“Great breakfast, cold room”
We checked in after a very long day of driving. The room was great, except that the blower didn’t work. It blew frigid air all night and we were too tired to go down and get extra blankets. The saving grace was the hot breakfast. Beth was amazing, and the food was actually hot and delicious!
