Highly recommend for a basic hotel option. Clean and quiet. Attentive staff. Better than most hotels in this price range.

“Visit GF often, great hotel for the price range.”
Very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, halls, lobby. Our bathtub was draining slow and they took care of it right away.

“Grand forks stop because of snow storm”
A little bit off the interstate . Near the ND university . Looks like an older hotel from the outside but the hotel and rooms were very clean Good value .
