This is by far the best! Upon arrive, each guest is given royal treatment from Valet to their room! 15/10! We will be back!

“GREAT STAY! Cleveland rocks!”
Very clean, convenient to the Guardian baseball stadium, and the staff was great. Crystal is awesome at the check-in counter. Very professional, friendly, and accommodating. I will definitely come back to Cleveland and will stay at the Crowne Plaza.

“Awesome”
Can't say enough about this hotel. Scored free valet parking for 2 nights normally 54$ a night. Restaurant served a killer breakfast for 12$ staff fabulous

“Crowne Plaza Cleveland”
Nice clean, comfortable room and great bed. Overall the hotel is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The front desk was friendly and efficient, however service in the bar was mediocre. Well located and priced for our needs on this trip.
