“Luxurious lavish Hotel”
First time in Cleveland best hotel experience I ever had. I’m from Hawaii and I’ve stayed at some really good hotels but this hotel beats them all. Thank you to kaneisha for the best service and hospitality!

“Beautiful hotel with great service”
Arrived and Priscilla greeted us with a smile - she had a sincere joy about her. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed drinks in the lobby bar.
