“Front Desk Service”
The professionalism and kindness of their front desk associate, Kaylee, I think was her name is just unmatched. I was having a horrific morning because of a work-related meeting plus I hate Downtown Columbus, but she just made everything so much better. Her bad joke about baldness or something made… more

“Experiences you’ll never forget boy you go sleep on that bed that’s what travelers need staffs very friendly and helpful”
I went there because I was tired and so sleepy so getting room I showered and ordered sub fell asleep staff are friendly very helpful their great for community and travelors

“Great service”
Always clean and welcoming. Cami at the front desk went above and beyond to resolve a room issue even with it being a crowded Parents’ Weekend and home game at OSU. We were very grateful.
