“Soul Shine”
I want to say how one handles adversity truly reflects service standards. The Front Desk Team at 8pm on a stormy weeknight, high winds and rain tweaking the power grid and infrastructure made for a difficult circumstance. Inside the door the “Soul Shine” was so bright I would never have cons… more

Decent rooms comfortable close to the freeway. Pleasant staff I would recommend overall rating I would give 4 out of 5 stars. Great place to get away for the weekend for you and a significant other not bad hotel. Relaxing get away for you and a loved one

I loved staying here. I can usually find something to complain about, but not at Tru by Hilton in Columbus. Staff are super friendly and efficient.
