“Fair at best”
At check in, clerk not friendly at all (July 3 evening). Motel seemed dark, but I did not notice the lack of cleanliness others have mentioned. Hampton's are becoming a little hit or miss, and I stay at a lot of Hamptons.

“Friendly staff and convenient location, but mold/mildew”
The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel is definitely dated. The biggest reason I docked points was because I walked into my room and it smelled damp.
