“Great Hilton because of kind staff!”
This is a beautiful hotel that is very clean and the staff are friendly. Saba, who works in the coffee/cafe is always so kind and friendly and makes this Hilton shine!

“Awesome Customer Service”
Marcus D. took care of me and my family in Columbus, OH July 8, 2026. Customer service was top notch. He went over and beyond to rectify an issue with our room. Also, the staff at the restaurant was short and he stepped in again to make sure our dinner was exceptional. We will be back again.

“Great stay.”
Started it out with an issue and Marcus D stepped in immediately and rectified our situation. I must say our experience at this location was exceptional. Also the staff at the Herb Kitchen were very accommodating with a request I made concerning my food preparation. Will definitely return.
