The room was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean only sign of mildew in shower door. The shower door did not close properly. The breakfast buffet was comparable to other Home2Suites. The exception was only plastic wear and paper plates instead of chinaware and silverware that I had at another Home2Suites. The buffet did offer vegan and non-pork options. On this Sunday there were no brioche buns at this location. The staff was pleasant and responsive. They did offer adjustments for a room mix-up. Fitness room was clean and comfortable temperature.

“Solid Mid-Range Hotel”

This hotel is a solid mid-range hotel. the complimentary breakfast really hit the spot. the gym was in good shape and well maintained. I thought the room was pretty clean but the bathroom definitely could have been cleaner, there was a little mold in the corners of the shower.

“No toilet paper, no tissues, no bedding, no tip”

I love Homes2Suites and so i was very disapointed in the quality of housekeeping when we arrived. NO toilet paper in the bathroom, and no tissues. Not a comfortable situation. I love Homes2Suites and so i was very disapointed in the quality of housekeeping when we arrived. NO toilet paper in the bathroom, and no tissues. Not a comfortable situation. There were no sheets or linens for the sofa bed so we had to call down to the front desk a second time. Then, suffering insomnia, I went down to the lobby at 3 am to read. Later I couldn't get back into my room. Key stopped working. The front desk issued me a replacement, that didn't work. I had to go down to the front desk 3 times in the middle of the night! Finally a manager figured out it was the battery in the mechanism and let me in. Left with nothing but bad memories. This isn't my usual experience with Hilton.

We always stay at Hiltons, but had never been in a Home2 Suites before. I was a bit disappointed by the room. It was clean and had a full kitchen, but everything was adequate at best. Things seems rather flimsy - good thing it is relatively new because I don't expect it to age well. The bed was comfortable, so that was a plus. The microwave tray was broken and, although there were a lot of plugs seemingly available, most of them did not work. The air conditioner/heater worked, but was LOUD; so loud you could even hear it cycling on and off in the rooms next door. I ran the dishes through the dishwasher but they came out with a chalky film on them so we opted not to use them. Breakfast was similar to Hamptons; egg croissant sandwich quite good but nothing else very special. We didn't leave hungry since there was yogurt and (runny) oatmeal. Whatever shortcomings the room had, though, was made up for by the extremely friendly and helpful desk staff. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately. The area seemed safe and there was ample parking. All-in-all, an okay stay.
